FOCCUS established the John Harper Scholarship Fund in honor of the late Reverend Dr. John C. Harper’s faith and devotion to the vision of the International Study Centre (ISC). This fund allows FOCCUS to encourage and support seminarians from underdeveloped nations to participate in ISC programs. This includes a three-week course designed specifically for seminarians from around the worldwide Anglican Communion to share in the dynamic vitality at Canterbury and explore global issues of life and faith together. Establishing these international bonds early in the ministry of future church leaders has unknown potential for their future roles in promoting God’s peace throughout the world.
